Indian guy claiming to be with american home solar and claimed I won something.   I think it was a home inspection for solar or something.     I asked him the web site of his "company" and he said "american home solar".   I said "dot com?" and he said yes.  Was online at the moment and the site doesn't exist and I told him so.  He said "no" and I called him a liar and a scammer.

CallerId reads NY and immediately calling it back only gets "BUSY" signal.
