Called asked for Owner(Hasn't been in for 2 years) and said he had a buyer ready to call him asap.... Scam. Called him back said he worked for A&I? Fraudster.

He called and asked for someone who is not with our business. I said we don't have anyone here by that name, then he asked who the boss was, foolishly, I gave her name away and since she was out he wanted to go to her voicemail. I just hung up. But, he called right back and when I didn't answer he left a voicemail. Apparently he "has a case worth of pretty sick diamonds and the place is on lock down". Pretty sick diamonds you say? Okay, we'll call you back right away....

This guy called asking for the owner, saying that his father owned the land that our business was on and that they wanted to bulldoze some of the property and that he needed to speak to the owner right away. I told him the owner isn't here and I tried to get his information but he just said he would call back. Then he calls again (seconds later) and identifies himself as Bernie Sanders saying and wanted to speak with the owner about an investigation. I recognize his voice and questioned him about the previous phone call, he denied it. Just hang up on this guy. Sounds like a scammer

Bernie (didn't give a last name) called asking for the owner by name. Said he had a client that wanted to sue the owner and he would like to talk with the owner first to try and settle things. I asked for the name of the law firm. Bernie said Murray & Lindstrom. I asked where they are located, and he said West Palm Beach (FL) and North Carolina. Google search has no record of that law firm ANYWHERE. Caller ID showed a 919 area code. Reverse search of the number Bernie left brought up this page. The only message the owner (my boss) will get is to NOT call this number.

Bernie called saying he was from awi investigations and did everything he could to get our owners information. he was very upset when I wouldn't give it, and started cursing. he was making up a bunch of stuff about how we 'were going down' and there was a vein in our server. he could not give any rational reason or information-a scam artist. minus the artist part.

Bernie called and left a message for the CEO about wanting to buy our company. I returned the call and he then told me that he was investigating a sensitive family matter. Very combative when I called him on the comments posted here.
