have been getting calls from people claiming to be the the IRS "Investigative Bureau" from 347-537-2742 and 347-875-7952 because I have been listed as Primary Subject in a case fill by the IRS.Asked me to call back, said that that is in my best interest to call, atherwise case goes to court.

I got a call from this number too, saying same thing.

Received the same call. Standard IRS scam.  Be advised, the IRS does not call taxpayers about cases -- they need a paper trail of such communications.  If you get a call from the "IRS", tell them to get lost.
