A man with an asian language accent called from this number stating that my computer was not receiving updates. He wanted me to do something to it that he was going to guide me through. He said the company name was Comp Secure and his name was Jack Wills. When I asked for a company number, he refused. He only gave me his personal number. The whole thing was weird. Please be careful!

Same thing happened to me about 6 hours ago and I called back from my house phone and finally hung up without enter in the web site they gave me, which is: www.cechinlint.net

Its a scam and all they want is your money! They have no way of knowing whats going on with your computer and No legitimate company cold calls like this.  The scam usually entails them taking you to your event viewer which is a internal monitor that logs events on your computer.. Oh sure, you will see the error's logged, but its all a scam to get you to allow them access to your computer. The event viewer is only doing its job and its there for a real tech to look through should you actually have a problem. Then they want remote access! They usually turn your anti virus program off  and give you a big spiel, then inform you they want a small fee to fix it.. several hundred dollars of course! Meanwhile, they have access to all your computer and could be gleaning personal info, downloading stuff to your computer to turn it into a zombie computer to spam folks..

The only persons who should be touching your computer is you, your manufacturer, Real Windows support that you have called and/or maybe a real live tech you see face to face!

No ,i am 62 yrs old man ,the same Jack Wills helped me fixing my computer for free of cost .that is we who are making these people as scammer's. Think for a while before you pass a comment.
