calling me claiming i owe money and i am getting different storys from different reps and will not give me clear information. says they are taking me to court over money i owe when my bank statements says otherwise.

It's a scam!  Don't give them any information & call the FTC.

Called my girlfriend and represented himself as an attorney and told her to get a lawyer and prepare to be sued criminally for a bogus debt owed to our own bank.  They had her ss# and the name of our bank. our b

They just calle dmy client acting to be a lawyer as well. Iam with a Lawyers office and these are a debt collection agency trying to collect on bad unpaid debts that have already been charged off many many years ago. Do not give them any of your information they are bogus. They have been sued numerous times for stealing money out of people checking/savings accounts. They are in violation of the FDCPA each and every way. If they continue to call you tell them to cease and desist all further contact with you. If they continue to do so you may have a law suit on your hands. Thanks.
