They keep calling and hanging up on me

I have joined the Do Not Call registry, filed dozens of complaints with them, and added this number to my incoming call block service.  Nothing works.  Verizon told me to call the Unlawful Call Center at 1-800-518-5507.  Those people said this is a known scammer and that the FTC is working to shut them down.  They asked me to file a complaint directly with the FTC at 1-877-382-4357.

EVERYBODY CALL THE FTC AND REPORT THIS CALLER.  If they get enough complaints they'll shut them down.  Call 1-877-382-4357.

they keep on calling the con Edison offering discount on the current bill kept on telling them I don't have an account with con Edison they still calling
I asked them not to call and they still calling it have been over 2 years now and they did not stop
I want them to stop

They have called  me once a month for 5 straight months. They change the last 4 digits each time, so they can't be blocked.  I asked every time to be put on do not call list, they refused twice, said they would do it twice. Liars.  Times they refused they said they were exempt, cause they 'Were providing a service"

Each call was to get me to use a certain alternative energy company besides Con Ed.

They refuse to say: Who they are, and where they are located.
