This number calls saying the are from the state attorneys office and I must call them immediately or I am going to jail

Got a call from this guy called ryan Mcgavin claiming to be from the states attorneys office saying I need to call him back and if I don't all he can do is wish me good luck because of the trouble that will come down on me. When I called the number back it says the majic jack customer can not take your call at this time
