(FAKE) Special Agent David Martinez from the DEA called me from (347) 492-2337, which is a number out of the Brooklyn area, he had a very thick spanish accent, PR/DR maybe. Told me he needed me to call him back for questioning. The Real DEA number obtained from http://www.justice.gov/dea/divisions/nyc/nyc.shtml for the New York Division of the DEA is (212) 337-3900. He wants you to send him money, ITS A SCAM!!!

rcvd call from special agent david martinez from the dea, left vm to call him back "before its too late". i did not call back but these calls are attempts to get money sent to the caller in another country. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS ITS A SCAM.

I received the same message on 5/21 around 11:08 am telling me that this was Special Agent David Martinez from the DEA and to return his call immediately. I have been receiving these calls from all over the US since last August. I usually call them back and tell them to go F themselves at which point they tell me to do the same thing. Don't get alarmed by these pranksters. I have even called the Fort  Lauderdale Police Department to report these calls and they don't even know what to do.  I just archive them on my phone and hopefully the laws will catch up to these people eventually. The problem is that APPLE has an app that can mimic the number from any agency they want. I had one clown call me from California last year and was able to use the number to mimic the States Attorney Generals Office. When my lawyer called them back they told him to go to H_ _ _!
PLEASE don't let these jokesters intimidate you. Give it right back to them and they won't call again.

FAKE special agent David Martinez is now using 518-772-2457 for the same scam.  He also has a Seattle Washington # but he is so stupid he says it is from Washington DC. He disguises his voice to be his Lieutenant and also a secretary "Sharon"  It sounds hideous. He sounds like a one man operation.  If you push him he says he will send one of his 8000 gang members to fire bomb you house.  He is LYING.  He is a stupid man scamming the vulnerable.  Mess with him. As soon as you say "scam" he will stop the conversation. He is a COWARD and low life scammer.  Report him.

I got a call today, 1.28.2014 from a Special Agent Mike Moyer at this number: 3474922337. He said I had purchased some weight loss drugs from an online pharmacy back on 2003. He had a thick spanish accent. I told him I have never ordered anything from any online pharmacy. I don't even take aspirin. He told me I was going to be arrested if I did not answer his questions. I asked him to please never call me again and I hung up. He called right back. I declined the call and blocked the number.

Not 5 minutes passed, phone rang, the number was 9106278209. Some dude with a different accent asked me if I took pills for pain or anxiety. I told him NO and to please remove my number from his database.

If I ever run into one of the dudes on the street, and I hope I do, THEY are going to need a TON of pain meds and an orthopedic surgeon. I am SICK SICK SICK of scammers.
