Report them to the FTC, FBI and your state's Attorney General. Email is not a legal way to send you a court summons. Nor is it the legal way to send you a dunning letter for an alleged debt. You can forward the email to the FBI at their Internet Crime Complaint Center - www.ic3.gov. Contact the FTC at www.ftc.gov, and you can find your state's AG here: www.naag.org.
Any time you get these emails - just delete them - they are scams - nothing more, nothing less. Do not respond to them. If any of the emails have attachments - DO NOT OPEN THE ATTACHMENT! This may allow malware/keyloggers/viruses onto your computer, which may allow the scammers to have access to any personal information on your computer, or to copy the keystrokes you use when you log in to sensitive sites, like your bank account online.
