My dad got a notice in the US mail claiming to be from Publisher Clearing House stating that he needed to call 343-464-4565 in order to claim his winning prize of $2.5M.  I found the notice which has a mastercard/visa icon on it, as well as the pch.com icon, to make it look especially legit.   I called the number, but no one answered.
