My son had a call while he was at work, and this person left a message saying that his name was so-so Davis.  He had an accent.  He claimed that there was something wrong with my social security.  So my son gave me the number and I called. The person answered but left me hanging on.  So I called back again but this time it had a voice mail saying:  Do not leave your personal information this is a scam.

this number called stating that they were The Bureau of Private Investgations Legal Department, from "The State", man claimed he is "Officer Marshall Hudson"  and spoke with a strong east Indian accent.  Asked for second party and then divulged to the first party, that had answered phone, that the first party being sought has charges placed against them from "the state", and it is Urgent and must be spoken to right now as it is an "legal emergency".  Was demanding that requested party get on phone now, even though told party sought was not presently availble, then mentioning something about social security.   Everthing about the call was so "unofficial"  and alarming; the first party answering the phone was being given all sorts of information that would never occur with any kind of official government or investigating office!  Beware this is some sort of scam!!  347-464-4065

This guy with a very heavy Indian accent said "very serious charges" have been filed against me and if I do not call back right away the will send sheriffs to my California home and arrest me. Was one of the lamest con jobs anyone's ever tried on me. Funny thing is - I happen to be in the deputy sherrif's program in Los Angeles. The phone number is 347-464-4065. Put these scam artists out of business, please

Same here with accent and serious charges (they said affadavits were filed against me) - just got a call at both my place of work and on my cell phone.  Thought it was a scam from the beginning but asked for a phone number to call back (thinking that if it was a scam they would not give me a number) - to my surprise they did give me a number.  The phone number is 347-464-4065 - x135 and same name "Marshall Hudson".  Call our local police department and they are going to do some checking into it - pretty positive that it is a scam of some kind.

definitely a scam.  i think these people get your information from payday loan companies.  they called me a little while ago, seems like i get them in spurts.  my way of screwing with them is i block my number and repeatedly call them and scream in the phone or press the buttons, or just plain hang up.  i'm so tired of them calling.  sometimes i'll try questioning them the first time they call, to get information from them and they can never tell you anything.  idiots.
