Asks too many questions. Who are they?

Caller is World Tech, a tech supplies company. Overpriced, fast talker. Make the mistake of ordering once and they call back to complete the rest of the order. There is no such thing as a single item or part order, they call to arrange delivery of the "rest" of the order.

I got suckered in. Placed a minimal order which was delivered as promised. I have since found a cheaper supplier locally. Now I get calls to complete what was a partial order.
