I received a message from a man with a heavy accent that is looking for someone with a similiar last name to mine but a completely different first name. He's called a few times, stating that he's from the legal department from ACS (some company that he tried to explain but his accent was too thick to understand) and he was going to put some legal action against whoever he meant to call. He said that the person's SS# and address was being used, in which if that person don't want to have legal action against himself/herself to call him at that number.
