this is a fraud account. when checked

I got a text message with a "best buy" ad, it must be fraud, and my cell is registered in the do not call list,  I called the number and goes to voicemail.
BEWARE.
text says:
You have been randomly selected for a $1000 BestBuy Card. Get your prize now at  www.bestbuy.com.todayswinners.info/?id=plfrclwyfw

is says won a 100 dollar gift card from applebeesg.net/?id=ycrllhwffw. it takes you to a site with melware... would like to know how to get these stupid text from these numbers to stop!
