The person name is Robert Williams they keep calling me sending email that I'm going to be arrested in 48 hrs I don't pay them 13,000 and that my SSN will be placed on hold by the US Federal Government they said the FTC is pressing charges against me 3 serious allegation 1.violation of federal banking regulation act 1983 etc etc....is this a scam are what.....

I keep getting emails in my spam saying his name is Robert William and that there will be an arrest warrant out for me and I will go to jail if I don't pay them over $13,000. Also, that they will notify my work, bank, ect.
