Keep getting calls from this number with a man who claims to be  a legal place..Hard to tell I can barely understand him. saying he needs to talk to me before he hands my paper work over to the courts..the caller ID shows NWYRCYZN12 NY..Anyone else getting calls?

Yes!!! its a total scam. They've not only called my phone but my work phone also. Last time he called...which was five minutes ago I told him it was a scam and that Iv consulted with my lawyer and to go [***] himself. We'll see where that gets me! =)

I received a call just like this earlier today; a foreign speaking guy that I could hardly understand what he was talking about.  He mention my full name, address and the last 4 number of social security number.  He said if I didnt call that it would be bad and something would be file on my behalf. I called the number back and got nothing but a recording.

Just got this call

this man called and said i owed a dept from 2008. he had my name, address,and work phone along with my soc.he said the phone call was being recorded. I asked him his name,Mike Stone. Then i asked him his company name, american legal processing. i then told him i would give that info to my attorny so he could find out what was going on. He replied by telling me to look at my hand then look at my middle finger and preceded to tell me to bend over and put my middle finger up my as..ole!!  I was quite shocked but managed to respond with Excuse me sir but what if i like that....he then hung up!!! Please be very careful people this is outragesously wrong!!!!!
