Serious fake. After I questioned them, since it didn't sound like the IRS, I called back. The guy told me that I "sucked dicks" and hung up on me. Called back and got a girl...her response was about as professional. They're just fake telemarketing level bill collectors.

Bogus call from IRS Agent regarding a pending lawsuit.

Got a call from the number and was told the same thing. Asked if I want to settle this in the court or out. Also said if I hang up and arrest warrant will be issued. Total Scam

I called these idiots back 5 times just to tell them that they are the scum of the earth.

DO NOT CALL them back not matter what. the IRS does not make these kind of calls. If you call then back their system will capture your phone number and they will hack your account to get all kinds of data. I repeat ... DO NOT CALL
