Caled himself jack Taylor, but he had an "Indian-Asia" accent.  Same ammo- I will be arrested in 30min due to IRS debt.  He did not have any solutions to prevent the arrest. Asked if I had a tax lawyer, told him no.  He did not know what to tell me after that.
later I spoke with an attorney who googled the number and was able to tell me immediately, that it was a scam.  
I was so disgusted bu had to pay the one hour legal fee.
Now I have started calling them several times and day and harassing them, hoping they will sue me but they after bluffing that they were calling the police to report, are now just hanging up on me.  will continue to harass them until my anger is relieved.

They give themselves a legal sounding name but it is just a scam:  Department of legal Affairs of Us Treasury
