Assuring he was John Parker. I don't care. They normally are most likely south Asian. Claimed he was an IRS officer. No wonder why is that they have this reputation.

i did receive a call from this dude with the thick accent claiming I owe money . Message was left on voicemail and I never returned the call.  He or they are using different phone numbers this one being 819 410 7780.  Says he is officer John Parker.
Totally a scam is is very maddening to think these no gooders prey on people trying to put fear in them.  Just hang up and tell them your lawyer will contact them.

i just received the same call from Officer John Parker 561-208-3049 clearly that is not his name.

Received a call from 347-441-5159 Ester Rose claiming to be an IRS Investigator and said i owed $8541 and today was the deadline or i would be arrested. I told her this is a scam and i will call my lawyer and she said ok she will forward to my local police department.
