Parker left a message on my machine saying he was from dept of legal affairs.  It sounded suspicious and believe it is a scam.

Called at 8:40am, stated he was Andy Parker, but with thick Asian accent, possibly Indian accent.  Claimed to be with Department of Legal Affairs and stated "Enforcement actions against your name".  Just told him he had the wrong number.

BTW area code 347 is Brooklyn and Queens NY in NY City.  Definite scam.

My daughter got a call from this scumbag on her cell, with information that she was a tax evader and all that - Indian accent. After I checked here, she came in with the guy on the phone . I told him the number had been reported as a scam and that he had better not EVER call her again. We also went to the police station - and the cops said one of theirs had gotten a similar call - he even played a recording of the scumbag making threats.

3474080709 left a msg on my voicemail. Very nasty talked to him later said I would be going to jail in the next  few minutes for tax evasion. Got very nasty when I told him maybe  he was scamming me and I hung up on him. Also said I would be arrested for hanging up on him.

Got a message on my phone from a man with a thick Asian/Indian accent who said his name was John Roger. He said he was with the Dept. of Legal Affairs and US Treasury. He stated there were legal actions to be taken against me. He then went on to tell me to have a blessed day. (Pretty sure the Dept. of Legal Affairs doesn't care what kind of day I'm having.)
