received text messages from this number regarding an item for sale on craigslist. offered to pay an additional $50 to hold the item. gave a work address just in case. come to realize it is a scam. The check he sent was from an insurance company in Florida, but the check account was a plumbing company in Washington State. he sent over 4 times the agreed upon price, then asked me to send the remaining money on to a Bruce Spillane in Florida. Bruce Spillane has a public record of solicitation/conspiracy... Don't fall for craigslist overpayment scams!!
