Got a call says it is the IRS, IRS DOES NOT CALL. If you call the number back it is a scammer, says the number can not be reached dialed.

Caller with Middle Eastern accent claimed to be from IRS and advised us a law suit is being brought against us. He then asked for our name and last four digits of social security number. My husband then challenged him ( without giving any personal info) and the caller hung up. Scam!

I've had my new phone number for less than 24 hours, they called. I decided to call back the number that called (automated message about a case file for the IRS suing me for back taxes) I asked him when the IRS started calling people because it was really nice of them to be direct and he flew off the handle about me going to jail. Scammers. Just block the number and report it.

They called and left the IRS message , I called back about 7 times from my fax number at work and acted really stupid, scared and fake crying and after the 5th time that I called to screw with them they wouldn't answer that number anymore LOL . the first 3-5 times the persons that answered all had a foreign accent one person I couldn't understand what she was saying , Just having fun with Scumbags
