They say they're calling from the courthouse and to call back. They keep calling 4 times already today. Because it's coming from the New York area I will never call that back.

Said they were the IRS and I owe them money

Was definitely a scam, robo-call... left message saying it was from "Tax Penalty Dep't of IRS", threatening action unless that number was called back.  I filed complaint with FCC and TIGA (IRS) about the impersonation.

This is a scam.  Caller identified himself as an officer from the IRS looking to talk to me about tax evation and fraud committed by me.  I told him to send me a letter which he claimed they had done.  When I told them that I did not owed any money to the IRS and that  was very sure of that.  He started getting rude and very aggressive, and threatening to prosecute me for non-payment.

They keep blowing up my phone at work...I called back 2x and they were very rude after I asked them what company they are from.
