They've called twice today first time they didn't leave a message and second time I picked it up and it said the IRS was going to take me to court if I didn't call their number and settle. I know we don't owe anything to the IRS so I'm not worried but it's VERY annoying.

this is an irs  scam don't call it back and give any info .   IT IS A SCAM

Robot calls from 201-961-5245 first time and leaves message stating IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and to call back immediately. I called back within an hour, 2 rings and it hangs up. This was a week ago. I called today and the number is no longer in service but I received a call from now a different number with same robot message. New number is 347-394-1608... I call that number and again same thing no answer and it hangs up. Both calls are from NY. I would think my state office would call and not a different state and I would get something in the mail... SCAM!!!!

Claimed there were irs but irs doesn't make calls. I'm not stupid.

Kept calling me saying they're the IRS.
