Called while I was at work, but left no voicemail. After reading this, I do not think I will call them back. I live in AZ and have no business with NY companies.

Left a message.  Message was not clear.  Sounded like an IRS scam.

I called the number back said IRS told the man KMA I will report you IRS does not call they mail info he hung up

This is a telephone number is provided by Paetec Communications VoIP.  They specializes in providing telephone numbers to illegal telemarketing and scam artists.  See Whitepages.Com

I just got a call from "MIKE ROBINSON" that states he's calling from HOME LAND SECURITIES. He's asking me for my first and last name. Looks like he got fired from IRS and is now working for HOME LAND Securities. Give him NO information.
