Said he was an attorney but does not give a name on regards to whom they were looking for. The man said his name was Attorney David Phillips.

Said he was prosecuting Attorney David Phillips and left a message saying he had court papers given to him regarding "check fraud" and I needed to contact him to avoid further litigation being filed against me. No idea what this is or how it could apply to me.

Said court papers were forwarded to him about check fraud. I know it isn't about me and of course he didn't give a name who he was suppose to be talking about.
