My wife received a voice mail from this number, and the guy stated that his name was Steven Johnson, and that if she did not call back there would be serious threats against her, the family, and her place of employment.  I called the number back, and the man stated his name was Carl Johnson, and that he could not talk to me.  I became irate and used a few choice words, and told him to not call us again.  He stated that I could not stop him, and proceeded to curse at me, and stated that he was going to have sexual fun with my wife.

The man has a strong India or middle eastern accent, and is hard to understand.  If these people call, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!!!!!!!!  These people called 6 months ago, and I actually got them to tell me that they work for a scam company, and then tried to teach me how to scam people.

They are nothing but a bunch of low life scum bags.

Received a call from Sean Johnson with a from called PCS Law Firm (Public Credit Services) in Brooklyn, New York said they had a case against me for fraud. Asked him for his State Bar Association # so I can verify it with the State Bar. I was then transferred to his supervisor named Jack Williams asked for the same information and he asked if I knew who American Legal Insurance was and I continued to ask him for his insurance number was and he said he didn't need to provide that I told him by law that he did. Told him I would be filing a complaint with the FTC, FCC, DOJ, and my local Sheriff's Department and he wanted to know who they were and then he wanted to know what SSDI was and I refused to give him that information. Told him that if there was a fraud case against me I would have already received legal documents in regards to that.

These guys constantly call your employment with threats of law suit. PCS was unable to say who they are really representing, but they are demanding certain amounts of money from you in a specific time or else. You can barely understand what they are saying when they call you. PCS phone number is 3473808980 is so confusing and unprofessional when you call them back. Some guy answers the phone with a hello as though you are calling someone's residence. Lots of warning signs, so don't be fooled by them. I never spoke to one guy that sounded like he is from America or could speak English that you can understand.

Received a voicemail, marked as urgent, a little while ago from a Marcus Stevens.  I returned the call and spoke with a James Johnson.  He gave me same song and dance that everyone else has reported ... when he asked if I was willing to take care of this matter today, I asked him if he would send me something in writing that I did not know of any money owed.  He told me that there was nothing to send because the loan I supposedly took out was over the internet and did not require a signature or paper trail.  When I asked that I be sent something again, he said he was calling my employer and hung up.  I called back, a total of 3 more times, being told it was a different person each time yet they knew exactly who I was and would hung up on me.  This is a total scam ... I hope that before anyone gives these people the money they are looking for that they read these posts.  I just want to know how I can report them.

Mike wilson from this number called same story as above.  They threaten me, my mother, brother, and said they would have me fired. How do you get these calls to stop.
