I have been getting calls about this same thing payday loan and there is a lawsuit out for me and he needs to speak to me or my attorney. He actually left a message and had my social which is scary. It was an indian guy. They have been calling me for about 6 months straight.

Received call at work from an "Allen" somebody, left voice mail. His accent so thick I could barely understand him, Indian or Mexican. Left this number and said to "call his department right away." He can pound salt until the end of time. I will never speak to him.

These guys are a joke - they call and say that you owe money and are named in a lawsuit.  DON'T give them any information, it is a scam! Their newest is telling you they need your Attorneys info ao they can forward them the official documentation.  These are all scare tactics - do not believe a word.  They are persistent and rude.  I told one of them today to go pound sand and leave me the "F" alone, and he immediatley called back and has been calling every 5 minutes for the past hour - Unreal.

I recieved three calls from a (John Smith) (347) 377-8101 claiming to be an lawyer and saying I have a warrant being processed in my name I had no idea what he was talking about. When I disputed the information he was trying to pin on me he did not want to talk any longer, these people spend all of thier time on the internet searching public records for someone to (SCAM) and a good part of the time they get away with it. We need to patition a letter to washington DC. With a list of these false numbers and we need to be active in the defense against this type of financial terrorism because that is what it is.
