these people just threatend my husband last night for a payday loan he has never gotten one they said they were going to send him to jail

I recieved a call from this number saying his name was officer Michael Fernandez, and there was a warrent out for my arrest from not paying back a loan from cash advance usa. I never applied for a loan from this or any other fast loan places. They said an account number to me, I told them my bank records would prove that i never recieved cash from them. He threatened to pick me up and arrest me. I told him to come and get me with the proof that i recieved money from them. He kept on threatening me. I hung up on him after telling him never to call me again. He called a total of 3 times.

They keep harassing me. I didn't get a loan I was in jail for ten months
