Just guessing, Bidaxis.  There is almost no info on this company that I can find.  I'm on the DNC list so it's probably a scam.  They only let it ring 3 times, not enough for most answering machines or voicemails.

Anyone should know by now the DNC is a TOTAL FAILURE!. It does NOTHING to stop this problem, so why bother?

I hate these calls that never let you answer, anyway, so I can give them an earful!
