Called asking if i take credit cards

I got the same call from phone number 347.352.8175.  Asking about a credit card center with a very thick accent.

Called early morning asking for credit card info - this is a landline in White Plains, NY. The owner and address are available from appropriate services

I got a prank call from this number this morning.

I first received an email from a Andrea Johnson (need.johson@hihis@gmail.com). She stated that she represented Federal Investigative Authorities and was attempting to collect on an old debt from a payday loan company.  She said there was warrant for my arrest for engaging in criminal activities.  I responded because thought that I still owed money i may forgotten about.  In rehearing the name of the agency she gave me. I began to get suspicious,so I asked for phone number.  She gabe me the name: Benson from 347-352-8572.  I tried calling right away but could not get through; the phone just rang and rang.  Today Mr Benson called me and want the first payment of $125.00.  So now I have until 7/01/15 to pay.  I explained that I live on a limited income.  He said that there are people on limited incomes paying alto more.  I do not believe this and throughout, there have been inconsistencies.  Pleas help me or tell me where I can get help.
