AND.....He strikes AGAIN!
We were searching for a home in the Greenville, SC area and came upon this add.  I thought at first I had hit pay-dirt. My son said it was a scam.  After searching out the property records and finding none for the home listed, I then did the web search and sure enough, he / they have a long list of rental scams.
I sure hope these people get caught.

They moved to Ohio and need someone to care for home in there absence the rent is 800 including all utilities. They will not provide address until you fed x deposit and they will fed x all information.
Because I am familiar with location I knew from pictures the house they claim to want to rent is 139.
When I called the bluff they hung up.  Losers

Omg. I just finished filling out the application and sending an email to them.. now i feel totally violated.  Omg i feel so stupid. Im literally freaking out
