Got a phone call from this number. The caller left no voice message.

Robo - scam IRS call

I have received 3 calls from this number just today, I answer 1 call that was a recording and it stated this was a final warning from the IRS to call the number back.I called the number back and they told me there was a warrant for my arrest for owing back taxes.

I think this people is just trying to steal money from us. I watched on TV that is a lot of groups of rats trying to do this, but they say to report the situation to the police that the IRS will never try to contact us over the phone and ask for money on the spot.

I live in KC MO and this is a tax call scamming effort.  They present themselves as tax collectors from the IRS and threaten you over 'back taxes.'  Simply hang up, block the number, and report.  The IRS warning dates back to 2013 and can be found here https://www.irs.gov/uac/newsroom/irs-warns-of-phone-scam
