this guy wants to buy your vehicule and then wants you to pay the shipping fee Scam Scam

This guy calls to buy your car asks you what your final price is, then asks if he gives you more than that if you will pay through paypal? i think its a scam

I have been getting all kinds of txts from random numbers (this being one of them) asking the same thing, and only for me to email a response.
If they were serious about buying the vehicle they would call
