Scammers/collectors phishing for information.  I have received the same call with the same 'scary' message from 720, addressing me as somebody else. I did not call back because last time I did  I have received the same harassing call except they were using my name. I do not owe anything to anyone, so, clearly it’s a scam. These people should apply for an unemployment (and Obama care) instead of extorting money from honest citizens - much better way of making living…

This is a debt collection agency working for Gold's Gym.  I had a gym membership in the Clocktown in Herndon, VA that was a two year contract.  I went through that two year contract, then transferred my membership to Tyson's Corner, Virginia.  I went back to the Clocktower Golds Gym, confirmed with an employee there that my gym membership had been canceled (why would I need two memberships?) and then put it out of mind.  2 years later I get a call from the above number saying they had not canceled the membership, kept billing me at $40 a month, and now I owe ~$400 and change.  This page, http://www.cancel-help.com/cancel-golds-gym-membership/, has plenty of complaints of people that ran into the same thing.  [***] Gold's Gym.  I am refusing to pay, credit hit or not.

Scam collection company. They stated that I have a fee that I have to pay for gym membership. My membership was monthly and not comitted to contract. I think they stolen my contact information and they fail to provide an accuarnce information when I asked to do so. Anyway so just hangup and do not make any payment by phone.
