I spoke with a polite but forceful young lady. She said she was calling from The Auto Processing Center, and knew the year and type of car I drove. They also called on my cell phone. She said she was closing out files because my 3 year warranty was about to expire, and wanted to know if I wanted to extend it. When I said my warranty wasn't expired, she said I must have already extended it. I said no, and did she get her info from my car dealership. She said no. When I asked for a callback number, she said she couldn't give me one, but would transfer me to her supervisor and they would have all the information for me. I was put on hold, heard some music, and then was cut off. When I tried to call back on 347-344-5987 the number that was on my phone, it said it was disconnected. I'm unhappy they had my name, car info, and cell phone number. Creepy!
