My wife received a phone call from 347-344-5312 reporting to be IRS and wanting $ because of our tax evasion. This is a hoax/scam do not fall for it. IRS will not call u out of the blue to demand $ for tax liability. Do not give them the time of day.

Yes this is scam, with an computerized voice telling you that a lawsuit is imminent unless you call back.

I believe this is a scam.I received a call from this number from a computerized voice saying "there is a lawsuit imminent under your name. You must call back". I never call back numbers I do not recognize. Government and State agencies will send out notification and not call you.
