I subscribed to templates.com and purchased 10 - $1. credits for artwork through PayPal.  Could not download my purchase, received "your payment requires verification.  Please contact billing@templates.com for information".  I emailed them, immediately got an email response asking for a telephone number that they could call at to verbally confirm the order.  Provided my cell phone number, within 2 minutes received a call from Ben Lee from templates.com,my account was updated and I could download within 2-3 minutes.  

I queried whether I would be charged for the phone call, and was advised I would not.

Don't know anymore at this time but will watch my phone bill and see if I get charged for anything, and monitor to see if I start getting spam phone calls.

I bought a web page from www.templatemonster.com and they call me back for the confermation from this number.

So nothing strange is a serious company.

It is legit...forgot they do call to verify you made a purchase from them. Been getting scam phone calls lately so I totally ignored the call. Very stupid of me. Forgot they said they would call.
