I have been receiving calls from this number saying I took out a loan which I have in the past but I know this time I did not.. they told me O was going to be arrested to at my job and I was going to get charged with fraud.  they have ha accent indian or middle eastern.  the guys I spoke with were Shawn William or Frank foster. They gave me all my info. How do they get this and how can they be stopped.

I have been receiving calls from this number about an unpaid loan which I do not have and they are threatening to arrest me.  Also a middle eastern/indian accent stating they are Shawn WIlliams.  They have all my information.  How can I get this to stop?

I just recieved the same phone call this morning around 9:14 am (PT).  They claim that a lawsuit was filed against me for a payday loan.  They tried to get very demanding and I told them in a demanding voice that I did not authorize any payday loan and that this was a scam.  So, they hung up.  I recall several weeks ago I completed a application online through a database service to search for a loan, but did not know that it was for payday loans.  I never authorized any transactions and told each caller I was not interested and to remove my name from their list.  I haven't recieved any calls since until this morning.  So, they must have gotten my information from that database.   If you recieve a call giving you the scenario, just tell them that this a scam and will report them to the police and BLOCK THE NUMBER!!!!

I KEEP RECIEVING TREATING  CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER. ITS THE SAME GUY BUT HE KEEPS CHANGING HIS NAME AND HIS JOB TITLE. I KNOW THIS SCAM. I AM TIRED OF THEM THEY ARE CALLING MY JOB. WHEN THEY ASK FOR MY ATTORNEY INFORMATION AM I  TRY TO GIVE IT TO HIM HE STARTS OVER TALKING ME OR HE HANGS UP. I HAVE MADE A POLICE REPORT FOR HARASSMENT AND I HAVE TOLD HIM AND HE JUST HANGS UP AND STOP CALLING FOR A FEW DAYS AND THEM HE CALLS BACK. I HAVE BLOCKED ALL HIS NUMBER BUT HE KEEP CALLING FROM DIFFERENT NUMBERS. PLEASE HELP WHAT CAN I DO TO STOP THESE UNWANTED CALLS.
