Someone called claiming they can "save you money on your energy/utility bills starting in October" The call came from New York saying there was a law passed in NJ to help you, but they needed all your information from your energy bill to start "saving money" [***].

They call and no answer after you say hello. Tried to call number back and I get a recording the number you dialed is not in service.
