I keep getting a call from this guy calling himself Chief Ron Silverman at work telling me Im in alot of trouble with 3 fraud counts against and that I need to call him asap or my file will be downloaded today and a warrent for my arrest is going to go out. What should I do. They say it was from a payday loan I took out by wont verify any information I ask for.

Has anyone recd a call from a Ron Silverman stating your being sued for something you have paid already
