Scam artists "Ruth Miller" and "Captain Michael Phillips" have a large sum of money for you, but their certified check can only released if an upfront fee is paid first. Don't fall for this con from these dirt bags. They target the elderly. NY FBI office is investigating and will shut these jerks down.
