Dec 1, 2015 They called saying it was urgent I or my attorney of record call back, a very time sensitive issue, to call Lauren Matthews of the Internal Revenue System at 347-321-9773. Do not disregard this message. Call before we take action against you. Good bye and take care... BTW, I blocked this person from calling cell, and very next week they said basically the same scam, but had started calling from a FL number 561-208-3049. I read that they are not even onshore but can make it look like it's from a US phone number. Please Remember: the IRS doesn't call you, they always communicate in mail.

Got call today. Left a political ad on voicemail.

Got called twice today in span of an hour and a half.  Robotic voice recording stating "I am officer Lauren Matthews from internal revenue service..."  Makes a threat to not disregard message or action will be taken against me.  Obvious scam!

got a vm today stated it was the IRS wanting their money (robotic voice, Lauren Matthews)......
I called back.......Indian man, total scammer [***] acting as the IRS, he hung up on me when I laughed in his ear

Got the same call today! I don't use this number for the IRS that they called on!
