I have now received two calls from this guy.  Be careful!

I also received a call. He wanted me to logon to my computer and let him have access to it to remove a file that could give the computer a virus.

I just received a phone call.. with a really heavy accent that it was really hard to understand.. but same, claimed to be from Windows, blah, blah... and that my computer has been hacked when I have like 7 computers at home all of them Windows......

They called me also like a fool I believed them smh, they put a password on my laptop so I can't get in and want me to pay 199.99 for something I didn't ask for. I called him a scam and a fake and he go very upset. I told him I would find him in new york city. Im so mad at myself.

Received a lengthy call reporting that the caller was from windows service which has found that my computer has a virus and needs to be repaired. He was very persistent and spoke with a strong accent. I asked him a lot of questions and even said straight to him that I did not believe he worked for Microsoft. He said I could go to his website to verify which I said I would not do.  He then gave me this number to call back to verify that it was legitimate.  I said I didn't have the computer at home right now to see if he would give up, but even then, he just asked when he could call back as he was worried that my computer was at severe risk! Is is scary how persistent this guy was. I'm sure they fool a LOT of people! I wish I was a hacker and could transfer a virus to THEM!
