got call from jason smith, last month it was kevin smith and the month before was mr robertson calls about pay day loan which i never got. threatens law suit and call my work as well. they are indian or some other foreign country.

keep getting threatening phone calls from these non english speaking people telling me I have criminal charges against me. They have been calling me for the last 3 days, today it was at 7:30 in the morning which is against the law. They have yet to tell me what the charge are for. Someone needs to stop these people. Obviously I am not the only one getting these calls.

This is a scam.
Please do not give this people money.
I fell for the scam because they scare you with going to jail.
Their names i got were James Anderson on voicemail and Joe Brown over the phone.
They have an Indian accent also.

I got the same phone call talking about they were going to send a deputy by my house to pick me up. These folks are absolute fakes, they are not attorneys, nor have the power to send you anywhere. Its over a payday loan that I never got. The name I got was Adam Garcia and the guy had a Indian accent. Adam Garcia is not a east Indian name. Don't fall for this!

lol I got the same call from that number , saying there going to have a deputy by my house to pick me up if I didnt pay them money.  I told them to go and [***] them self  lol because its a scam and  they called my job and my boss told them to go [***] them self lol they give names like keven johnson ,Adam Garcia , lol and there [***] have a indian accent  lol . dont fall of this [***] and dont pay them [***] .
