I just received 2 phone calls on my cell phone and 1 voicemail with an automated message saying that I needed to call the # back before the IRS took action. I called the number back and the guy, Steve Matthews (he sounded Middle Eastern), was extremely rude. He said he was a federal IRS investigator and explained that I owed taxes and the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me. In complete disbelief, I asked him to please explain and then he proceeded to call me a "dumbass" for not understanding. He said that he was submitting an affidavit that very moment to have me arrested within the next 24 hours.

This guy is a complete scam! Be careful!!

Just got the same call for a Nicky Johnson.

I received a similar call from Nicky Johnson.  Total scam.

Got a message from Nicki Johnson saying to call back before the IRS took action against me.  I called back and the guy with what sounded like a middle eastern accent answered "Internal Revenue Service".  I told him I was returning their call and he said to go kill myself.  Obviously, I then realized this was not the IRS.  I've reported this number to the FTC.

'I have spoken to three different individuals at the phone number listed. I received a call requesting a return call immediately. When I returned the first call I spoke with a male party with a middle eastern accent (?) ( for lack of a more appropriate term at present). The male caller indicated that he was calling on behalf of Investigator Nikki Johnson (Internal Revenue Service). The cllare then asked for my attorney's name and address for a law suit filed against me by the IRS. I shared no further information, rather I began to question the caller. The caller then became abusive with coarse language and insults. The caller hung up. I called the number and received another male party with the same accented language. I asked about his identity and location. The male party continued with the same kind of abuse etc. The male then advised me he would send the Police to my location and I would be arrested. I stated to the male that i would patiently wait for them in my office. I advised the male that my office was located in the local Sheriff's Office and I would be found in the Detective Division of which I am a member. The male party terminated the call
