Multiple calls from this number.

Record message.  Phone scam about Tax lawsuit.  Case number CH5....  It's a hoax.

Recorded message from a male, I think, with a heavy accent.  Very serious matter with short time to respond.  must call immediately when I get the message or dire consequences. said to call back at that number and if I or legal representative did not call, well he wished me good luck.  At least this is what I was able to understand from the message.
Same scam but I guess this scumbag is taking a slightly softer approach.

Recorded message stated he was calling from the internal revenue service and threatened dire consequences if I or my attorney did not call him today.  Said that the end of the call that he would not want to be in my shoes if I were to sit back and let this roll over me.
