Also got a call saying they are from the food and drug administration

I called the # and the individual identified himself as Michael Williams from the FDA in Reidsville, NY.  Gave a bogus email address of michael.williams@usa.com.  This is NOT an FDA or US Govenrment email address.  DO NOT Fall for this scam.

Wants money for registration of $150 for medical settlement
