Indian Accent, Called 5 times in 4 mins. Left a voicemail claiming my address is in a federal docket for a legal case and I should call him back. After looking online, seems many people getting these NY scam calls. Identified himself as Hoffman.

Now this call is to inform you about legal case that i has been filed under your name and your physical address is under further  investigation before we take any legal action against you i would be presuming if you can call me back at this number 347-298-6794 repeat 347-298-6794.

Call from IRS. i asked her to send a physical mail, if there any problem. This is a magic Jack number , when i called back

They called stating j had legal issues and that a warrant issued in my address.  They had out of date information and I questioned their methods and who the caller was.  I have always kept my information up to date with the federal government.  When I questioned, "Is this a scam?" He hung up on me.  His "name" was Eric Wilson and it sounded like a very large call center with Indian people

I just had the same phone call. What bothers me that those a..H.. Have your phone number and your name. Where do they get it from?!!!!!!!!!!!
