He just called me, identifying himself as Dr. Scott.  As soon as I heard "first-class ticket" my radar went up.  When I asked if he had dealt with our office before, he said "a lawyer" referred him.  He gave me his phone number to call him back, but put me on hold while I checked prices.  As soon as I asked if he could present his credit card in our office, and explained I couldn't issue a ticket for him unless I saw the card myself, he hung up.  It's definitely a scam--we get requests like these all the time by fax or e-mail, but this is the first time I've ever been called.

phone call was very unclear -- with alot of back ground noise and the call kept breaking up in between
every other word. He wants to travel from Newark to Lax round trip and the fare was very high and it did not brother him which I think is very strange. So I am very suspicious.
